Responsibilities
1. Provide assistance on day-to-day and projects activities on regulatory affairs aspect to Group Manager (ASEAN)
2. Prepare & review regulatory requirements i.e compliance, label review, document reviews, ingredients review for projects or daily operational support based on task / priorities.
3. Assist on documentation uploads and share point management to ensure all relevant documents are renamed and stored accordingly.
4. Work with regulatory stakeholders to identify required way-of-working and business norms and document these workflows after approval. This will be used to establish governance framework.
Essential Skills
Have eyes for detail with the ability to adapt to fast-paced project requirements.
Organizational and follow-through skills. Microsoft-Office is used as main communication tool thus proficiency is a must.
Having a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem solving, reliable and outcome driven is much appreciated.
Education
Degree in Food Science or experience in food regulatory would-be a plus.
