Job Responsibilities:
- To manage the loan drawdown process for front office groups - preparation of necessary documents for account opening, loan execution and drawdown
- To liaise with customers and facility agents for on-boarding and ongoing account management matters
- To manage the administrative aspect of an Account Bank (such as quoting of rates, rate fixing, update of signatories, liaising with customers and back office)
- To liaise with various booking offices on loan administration matters and update control sheets, other records from drawdown, rollover, interest fixing and repayments
- To prepare various management reportings (such as portfolio credit reportings)
- To support the daily monitoring of MTM exposures of IRS and FX facilities
- To support the periodic MAS reportings (such as MAS Top 100, MAS610, MAS757, s35)
Job Requirement:
- At least a high school/secondary school completion certificate
- At least 5 years in a financial institution, in a loan administration function
- Good understanding of the mechanics of loan administration functions
- Good working experience of Word and Excel applications
- Ability to work independently to deliver within timeline
- Strong coordination abilities, to manage multiple tasks concurrently within tight timeframes
- Willingness to deal with issues/challenges in a solution-oriented manner
