HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE

Job Summary: The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for managing and administering various HR functions, with a focus on payroll computation and CPF submission. They will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, adherence to statutory regulations, and efficient management of employee records.

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including computation of salaries, allowances, deductions, and benefits for employees.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly CPF contributions, filings, and other statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly payroll reports to management, detailing salary breakdowns, deductions, and contributions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including employment contracts, leave records, and personal particulars.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, CPF, and other HR matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions.
  • Administer and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing employment contract, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Handle employee relations matters, address employee grievances, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated with employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all HR practices.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
  4. Experience in HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations and training and development.
  5. Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  8. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential employee information.
  9. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and Microsoft Office applications
