Job Summary: The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for managing and administering various HR functions, with a focus on payroll computation and CPF submission. They will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, adherence to statutory regulations, and efficient management of employee records.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including computation of salaries, allowances, deductions, and benefits for employees.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly CPF contributions, filings, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and distribute monthly payroll reports to management, detailing salary breakdowns, deductions, and contributions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including employment contracts, leave records, and personal particulars.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, CPF, and other HR matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions.
- Administer and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing employment contract, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Handle employee relations matters, address employee grievances, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated with employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all HR practices.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations and training and development.
- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential employee information.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and Microsoft Office applications
