Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in IT related field with relevant work experience.
· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Responsibilities
· Provide onsite and remote desktop assistance to identify and resolve issues with Windows, CCTV, and network switches.
· Administration of WordPress, cPanel, Backup, Office 365, Anti-Virus, Windows Deployment Services and Window Server Update Services for servers and workstations.
· Administration of Windows Server 2008 R2/2012, Windows 7/10, cPanel – Mailbox Creation, and Distribution Groups.
· Handling of TCP/IP networks with the interrelation with Windows systems.
· Schedule purchase and deliveries of material for the project.
· Responsible for attending for system breakdown call and able to troubleshoot the system.
· Administration of Checklist System, Fault Monitoring System.
· Carry out planned system check to ensure system working properly.
