Accounts Executive
Location: Defu Lane
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working hours : 8:30am -5:30pm
Salary : $2600 to $2900
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts
- Quarterly GST preparation
- Housekeeping and filing of finance documents
- Perform month-end closing for financial reporting
- In charge of stock take and resolve any inventory discrepancies
- Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the management, if any
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 2 Year(s) of experience in keeping full set of accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
