Ibis Styles Singapore on MacPherson is a International brand hotel; located at 401 MacPherson Road. This role is idela for someone who is passionate about hospitality.


At Ibis Styles on MacPherson, we believe on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences. We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, customer service oriented professional to join as Guest Relations Executive.


The position reports to the General Manager. The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for the efficient and smooth running of Hotel Operations ; Front Office and Reservation department, maintaining harmonious and strong relationships with guests and colleagues. He/She will also be responsible for working with the hotel team by driving customer satisfaction.


Duties include:

- Responsible for short and long term planning and management of guest relations for housekeeping, F&B, front office and reservation department.

- This role requires to be hands on in assisting housekeeping, F&B, front office and reservation in all aspects of guests request and experience.

- Flexible to work different shifts (Morning and Afternoon shifts) and weekends.

- Responsible for implementation and follow through of compliance in rooms division for loyalty and brand compliance.

- Responsible for loyalty recruitment and guests’ satisfaction.

- Ensure proper review, analysis and planning to achieve the customer service goals

- Train, coach and counsel associates to reflect our hotel service standards and procedures

Minimum requirements for this position are as follows

- Able to perform duties on weekends and public holiday

- Excellent organizational, Communication, interpersonal and administrative skills

- Preferably with experience in Hotel/Hospitality background.

- Hands on role to manager on duty functions as per business requirements.

- Customer centric

- Strong leader

- Well organised

- Self driven and career focussed

- Demonstrate passion for hospitality and guest services

- Strong Team Player

- Flexibility and availability to work early morning and/or evenings, as well as weekends, as needed based on business requirements.
