Project Administartion Responsibilities:
- Provide project team with necessary administrative support to enable the team to function effectively & efficiently.
- Fully support project team on purchasing requests, submit tax invoices, delivery orders, back charges, material delivery summary
- Perform clerical / administrative duties; typing, filing, data entry, prepare reports.
- Set up & maintain proper filing system for documents/records (hard and /soft copy format)
- Manage, keep record and update all submission document and liaise internally with Project Engineer & external Document Controller
- Overall, in charge for all administrative works for the project team and various departments
- Liaise & co-ordinate with all administrative matters
- Communicate with consultants and site staff via phone, email for project related matters
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in Project Admin
- Experience in Construction industry is preferred
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft office /excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Working Hours : 8: 45 am – 5:45 pm ( Monday – Friday )
