Project Administartion Responsibilities:

  • Provide project team with necessary administrative support to enable the team to function effectively & efficiently.
  • Fully support project team on purchasing requests, submit tax invoices, delivery orders, back charges, material delivery summary
  • Perform clerical / administrative duties; typing, filing, data entry, prepare reports.
  • Set up & maintain proper filing system for documents/records (hard and /soft copy format)
  • Manage, keep record and update all submission document and liaise internally with Project Engineer & external Document Controller
  • Overall, in charge for all administrative works for the project team and various departments
  • Liaise & co-ordinate with all administrative matters
  • Communicate with consultants and site staff via phone, email for project related matters

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in Project Admin
  • Experience in Construction industry is preferred
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft office /excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working Hours : 8: 45 am – 5:45 pm ( Monday – Friday )
  • Location : Ark@Gambas – Sembawang /woodland
