Temp HR Assistant II Jem II 11 Months Contract II up to $14/hr

Working Location: Jurong East

Working Hours: Mon - Fri Office Hours

Hourly Rate: up to $14/hr (Salary will commensurate with experience)

11 Months Contract


Job responsibilities:

  • Support administrative work related to internship – applications, onboarding, in service and exit
  • Assist in data verification, data entry and filing of records
  • Assist in administrative related to staff benefits
  • Any other duties as required

Job requirements:

  • Min Higher Nitec and above
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with large amount of data
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, in particular MS Excel and MS Power Point
  • Able to work independently
