Responsibilities
- Apply and renew foreign work passes i.e. Work Permit, S Pass, EP timely
- Apply and renew staff's certifications, including upskilling of workers via CoreTrade, Multi-Skilling, etc
- Ensure good staff attendance rate and manage attendance recording through HR software system
- Order stationery and PPEs for office and worksite use
- Staff management and communication
- Assist in the preparation and generation of payroll via Excel and HR software system
- Assist in recruitment i.e. schedule for job interviews
- Basic IT administrative work; and to liaise with outsourced IT vendor
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Relevant ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements
- Knowledge and/or hands-on experience in HR's policies and procedures
- MS Excel and MS Word
- Matured, commited, self-motivated, independent, and able to multi-task
- Keen to learn and possess a positive attitude
- Able to start to work immediately or within short notice
