The Marketing Coordinator will support and complement the sales activities of Canadian Solar in the SEA region. This role is in a key position to formulate innovative and creative marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Building the company’s marketing roadmap.
- Create and provide appropriate marketing materials and collaterals to different SEA regions.
- Organize and support conferences and exhibitions.
- Support Sales Manager in SEA with appropriate Marketing activities.
- Management of external marketing resources i.e. printers, collateral providers etc.
- Work closely with HQ marketing and other regional marketers for alignment and better results of local marketing.
- Review and/or support the preparation of commissioning related QA documentation and procedures;
- Develop and update policy and procedures;
- Ensure processes are followed and are compliant with relevant legislation
- This position operates with a high degree of independence whilst carrying out the duties and requires open communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success.
- Building positive productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Assist project partners as required; and
- Establish and maintain relationships with balance of system manufacturers and suppliers.
- Providing training to direct and distribution customers ensuring a comprehensive understanding of CSI products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or comparable education
- 2 - 3 years' experience in marketing/brand management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of all social networking platforms
- Ability to create realistic schedules and meet deadlines under stress and interruptions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
