Technician (Facilities Management)

- Working Location: CBD Area
- Working Hours: 5.5 Working Days/Week (Rotating: 7 AM – 4 PM/ 2 PM – 11 PM/ 10.30 PM – 7.30 AM)

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operational activities such as:
- Preventive and Corrective maintenance activities (to ensure facilities are functioning safely)
- Troubleshooting of Mechanical & Electrical issues (in compliance with WSH practices)
- Preventive, Breakdown Technical Support & Maintenance (for Mechanical/ Electrical devices, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing & maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, electrical controls, etc.)
- Attending to customers' enquiries/ requests.
Requirements:
- Possess NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical or related
- Advantageous to have, but not a must have: 2 Years (or more) in Facilities Management
- Comfortable to work 5.5 working days/week (with rotating shift arrangement)
