Trust Administrator
Padang Trust Singapore Pte. Ltd. is an independent trust company licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, offering wealth planning services for our global high net worth clients. We endeavour to build strong and long-lasting relationships with our clients and invest time to analyse each of their unique situations to meet their very needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Preparation of Trust documents such as Trust Deed, Proposal Letters, Fee Schedule Appointment Letters, Letter of Wishes;
2. Provide general trust and company administration and, communicate with Clients addressing all aspects of administration such as distribution requests, changes to Trust documents, bank account opening, corporate and investment related matters
3. Prepare Trustee and company minutes and resolutions
4. Maintenance of Trust and Corporate Documents ensuring data accuracy and completeness
5. Periodic review of Trusts and their holding companies
7.Additional responsibilities Management may require from time to time
Knowledge / Skills / Experience Required
1. Minimum 1 year prior Trust and/or relevant Corporate Secretarial experience required.
2. Candidates should be able to demonstrate knowledge of relevant fiduciary and banking products
3. Good written and spoken communication skills
4. Meticulous and able to work as in team settings
5. Computer proficiency in MS Office Applications
