Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Service Department
  • Prepare sales quotations and invoices promptly
  • Handle customer feedback and able to offer service recovery (when required), while adhering to company policies
  • Communicate with engineers, customers, suppliers, vendors, and relevant stakeholders
  • Liaising with other Departments such as Purchase and Account Departments
  • Deploy manpower by scheduling effectively and efficiently
  • Updating of records i.e. sales records, track records, etc
  • Other relevant ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  • Having knowledge of air-conditioning materials, services and solutions is advantageous
  • Competent in communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, vendors, and relevant stakeholders via email and phone calls
  • MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
  • Well-organised, matured, commited, independent, and able to multi-task
  • Able to start to work immediately or within short notice
