Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Service Department
- Prepare sales quotations and invoices promptly
- Handle customer feedback and able to offer service recovery (when required), while adhering to company policies
- Communicate with engineers, customers, suppliers, vendors, and relevant stakeholders
- Liaising with other Departments such as Purchase and Account Departments
- Deploy manpower by scheduling effectively and efficiently
- Updating of records i.e. sales records, track records, etc
- Other relevant ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Having knowledge of air-conditioning materials, services and solutions is advantageous
- Competent in communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, vendors, and relevant stakeholders via email and phone calls
- MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Well-organised, matured, commited, independent, and able to multi-task
- Able to start to work immediately or within short notice
