Job Description

· Initiate, drive and create new business opportunities with partners across the region.

· Independently formulate and execute on industry and partner engagement plans.

· Actively generate leads for partnerships and sometimes a sales pipeline.

· Structure deals and business cases using data analysis and business modelling.

· Manage partnership relationships, including effectively navigating partners’ organisational

· structures.

· Independently manage a project including setting up and managing work processes, budget

· and project team.

· Manage and track professional and personal development goals of direct reports.

· Mentor and coach direct reports to achieve better performance and mutual satisfaction

· Lead, govern and collaborate across team development functions.

· Building and nurturing key strategic relationships with Tripanzee.com Pte Ltd partners

· Analyse data, trends and partner performance. Develop robust strategic plans for partners,

· quarterly regional plans and long-term regional business plans.

· Become an expert on partner company organizations, business model, and strategic

· priorities; build and nurture strong relationships with Triapnzee.com Pte Ltd clientele base

· Be accountable for business growth, product adoption and partnership targets


Job Roles

You are required to carry out the duties of the position in which you are engaged and any other duties

you may be asked to carry out reasonably required by company. You may also be required to perform duties from time to time for company’s Related Entities. As used herein, "Related Entities" means any entity connected with company by an interest in a common economic enterprise, including related corporations (as that term is defined in the Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore).


Requirements

· Bachelor or higher education level.

· Good interpersonal skills.

· Problem solver and a team player.

· Excellent people and communication skills

· Developed & maintained alliances & partnerships.

· Proven results of delivering client solutions and meet sales goals.

· Hunter mindset. Possess driven and positive attitude.

· Excellent written and spoken English language, good public speaker.

· Knowledge of the tourism industry would be an added advantage.
