- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in workshop environment / service operation in automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and professional service to both internal and external customers, maintaining vehicle turnaround time within guidelines.
- Conduct quality checks and provide recommendations for repairs, adhering to manufacturer standards.
- Supervise daily workshop operations to enhance efficiency and productivity, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in handling complaint cases and generating reports for analysis.
- Address customer inquiries and maintain high service standards.
- Support the customer service team during peak periods.
- Collaborate with management to identify service gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor KPIs and adjust operations as necessary.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned, including vendor liaison and promotion activities.
- Prepare reports as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in workshop environment / service operation in automotive industry.
- Proactive and independent with positive attitude.
