Responsibilities:
- In charge of talent attraction and retention, performance management, compensation, talent development and employee engagement.
- Partner with shared services team to deliver a full spectrum of HR business partner services to all levels of staff in compliance with HR policies, audit requirements and legal obligations (e.g., Employment Act, CPF & IRAS regulations etc.)
- Provide advice and guidance to line management on HR operations matters such as leave, compensation & benefits, performance management related matters etc.,
- Participate in department meetings where applicable and provide inputs in the operational plans/ initiatives
- Work effectively to align and achieve synergies in carrying out processes such as performance appraisal exercise, mass salary review and bonus exercises, recognition awards nominations, developmental award nominations and support in the budget exercise.
- Provide support in the recruitment function such as the posting & sourcing of candidate, interviews and offer management.
- Provide support in the onboarding of new hires.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Degree in Business or HR Management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as a HR Generalist/ Business Partner.
- Good working knowledge of the law and regulations in relation to HR and employment
- Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Analytical and meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills with the ability to analyze and present information in a clear, concise and coherent manner.
- Reliable, versatile and an effective team player.
- Takes initiative and able to work independently.
