Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers’ satisfaction by providing direction or information to visitors
- Provide customer service duties by giving assistance to patients on wheelchair.
- Provide customer service duties by opening doors for all incoming vehicles at the porch area.
- Ensure customers’ satisfaction by handing and managing the taxi stands and shuttle bus services area.
- Monitor all Health & Safety Environmental procedures and practices and report incident cases to HQ immediately whenever a mishap happened at the jobsite.
- Ensure to perform concierge duties and crowd control.
- Enforcement on illegal parking in car parks area.
- Assist in handling of phone calls and walk-in customers or visitors.
- Ensure to perform concierge duties and crowd control
- Undertake any duties/ projects etc as assigned by the Superior(s).
Job Requirements:
- Able to adapt in a fast pace & challenging environment.
- Comfortable to stand long hours & walking long distance.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
