Job Description:
Conduct home visits and nursing assessment
Perform nursing procedures and assessment.
Triage clinical conditions and respond in a timely manner.
Develop and implement patient care plans as part of a team.
Manage and monitor a patient's needs.
Maintain proper documentation.
Assisting the Doctor as needed.
Provide Caregiver Training.
Conduct peritoneal dialysis training in hospitals and at home.
Call centre manning.
Requirements:
Candidates are required to travel to the relevant locations as needed.
Diploma or degree in Nursing.
At least 1 - 2 years working experience in acute hospitals.
Full Registration with Singapore Nursing Board.
Prior experience with dialysis machine operation is a bonus, but not necessary.
Terms:
Remuneration: $3200 onwards with transport allowances.
Training will be provided.
44 hours work week.
The annual bonuses are expected to be generous depending on performance.
