Job Responsibilities :
- Personal Assistant to support the director.
- Assist with Company emails.
- Ability to multi-task and handle the job properly
- Provide office administrative support
- Ability to perform Ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office apps and email.
- Basic Data entry.
- Answer and direct calls as required.
- Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations
- Correspond with insurers and clients regarding policy information
- Organize and file daily documents
Job Requirements:
- Preferred minimum Diploma holder
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Basic Skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Words.
- Good team player with positive attitude
- Being bilingual in written/spoken both English and Mandarin will be an advantage (to handle enquiries from Chinese speaking clients)
- Singaporean and non locals welcomed.
