Job Description
As an IT Project Manager -Logistics Management Systems/Fleet Management, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborate with business users for requirements gathering and propose solutions.
- Document specifications and manage workflows.
- Lead offshore teams, track development, and ensure quality deliverables.
- Identify and propose technical/business solutions for improvements.
- Manage change impact analysis, project tasks, and progress tracking.
- Guide pre-Users/QA Testing, provide user guides, release notes, and conduct training.
- Generate management reports for various tracks.
- Maintain/enhance application systems, improve software quality, and system performance.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and user support, collaborating with L1/L2 teams.
The Successful Applicant
- Possess a degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or an Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies or Computer Science with at least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Experience in Logistics Management Systems or Shipping applications.
- Collaborate effectively with ISD Applications, Off-Shore Development Team, and Technical teams, demonstrating strong teamwork skills.
- Exhibit shipping business knowledge.
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE Platforms.
- Showcase good communication and interpersonal skills, along with creativity and the ability to multitask.
