As an Account Manager, we look to you to proactively deliver the best solutions that MullenLowe can offer.
You will manage the day-to-day demands of your clients and you are expected to have a strategic mindset that stays constantly curious about how to find business growth through creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of the day-to-day client activities
- Growing the size of clients assigned by upselling and cross selling
- Accurate status and financial reporting internally
- Developing and planning creative campaigns relevant to your clients and their brief
- Assisting on new business pitches when required
- Support in strategic research
- Managing 3rd party suppliers negotiations
Skills & Experience:
- Experience owning and managing client relationships without needing constant senior supervision
- Put together a strategy presentation alone and presented it to client in a convincing manner
- A good understanding of the social media universe and key platforms
- Demonstrated to be a proactive team player
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Sold an inspiring idea before
- Willingness to belong to an agency culture driven by creative ambition
