Responsibilities:
i) Provide support to the manager in handling the company secretarial duties, including the incorporation of new companies, registration of branches, representative offices and other entities, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act and the relevant laws as well as managing and maintaining a portfolio of clients consisting of private companies, foreign companies and listed companies that we administer on behalf of our clients
ii) Handle client acceptance and compliance (including maintaining clients KYC records)
iii) Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirement
iv) Provide support to the team leader in handling scrutineer services for listed companies’ general meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of private limited company experience
- Able to perform -corporate secretarial work including filing with ACRA
- Team player with good attitude
- Motivated Individual and self driven
- Assist company secretary to carry out her duties
