Job Scope:
(not limited to)
- Entertain enquiries and assist in registration
- Assist to schedule appointments
- Key and check patient details in the system
- Handle paperwork and billings
- Assist in any financial counseling
- Any administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min. Nitec / Diploma holders in any field of study from a recognised institution
- Prior customer service / reception work experience would be good
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Team player and able to work independently as well
- No prior experience needed! Training provided
- Open to working shift preferred!
