Job Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and technical consultation to end users and resolve terminal failures of IT equipment;
• Carry out standardized operations, records and follow-up on daily work according to the company's IT service management requirements;
• Responsible for the SLA achievement rate and user satisfaction of various services;
• Able to actively think about service improvements and optimization points, and formulate suggestions or plans;
• Actively observe and report the risks of various front-line IT services;
• Discover and solve user pain points, and assist in establishing various tools or processes to prevent problems from recurring.
• Handles ad-hoc projects and assigned duties from senior management
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor degree or above, computer or management related major is preferred, and more than 3 years of IT user support experience;
· Strong communication skills, able to communicate efficiently with various technical or management personnel, VIP support experience is preferred;
· Have rich experience in supporting Windows, Mac OS operating systems, networks, etc., and be able to troubleshoot and provide corresponding solutions to PC software and hardware problems, network problems, application problems, etc.;
· Strong process, quality management and standard implementation capabilities to ensure the uploading, distribution and execution of information;
· Fluent communication skills in Chinese and English
