Job Summary
The Customer Service Executive assists & support the Sales Manager in customer enquiry & sales transactions and Order fulfilment.
Job Responsibilities
· Attend to customer enquiries through email and phone, prompt reply/acknowledgement to customer and general sales matters.
· Prepare Quotations, Sales Order, Sub-contractor update report.
· Monitor and follow up on customers’ orders and RMA support.
· Sales support for the fulfilment of orders placed by customers.
· Ensure proper documentation records and filings
· Create and maintain customer records includes NDA, vendor & customer form, Credit Note form.
· Liaise with forwarder and vendor on shipment.
· Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
People Requirements
1. Diploma / ”O” Level / GCE “N” minimum requirement.
2. Experience in a sales support role will be an advantage.
3. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central) and MS. Office.
4. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
5. Great interpersonal and communication skills
6. Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
