- Conduct timely inspections and/or verifications of incoming materials and assess line fallout.
- Make necessary quality decisions, determine the need for corrective action, and communicate with the Supplier Quality Engineer and Buyers.
- Sample materials following documented plans and procedures.
- Physically inspect materials using various tools such as micrometers, calipers, and feeler gauges.
- Ensure the calibration status of IQC tools and manage inventory control of IQC labels; initiate requisition orders when necessary.
Requirements:
- Nitec and above.
- At least 2 years of Quality Inspection experience.
- Capable of comprehending written instructions, including procedures, specifications, and blueprints.
