- Responsible for reviewing Form of Contract, conducting risk assessment, providing mitigation measures.
- Responsible for dealing with authorities, client and consultant / lawyer in performing above task.
- Review and advise on procurement strategies of respective project during tender and work in progress in accordance with

- Review and advise on procurement / award for permanent works is in accordance with approved procurement schedule.

- To assist in identifying contractual and extension of time claims.
- To assist in reviewing progress payments and variation orders.
- function to detect / spot all sorts of risks / analyse / provide mitigation measures / give suggestions in both potential / ongoing projects in the region where company having presence.
