Responsibilities
- Providing secretarial and administrative support for top management and the team
- Calendar management
- Visa application
- Travel arrangement
- Managing Expense reports
- Coordinating logistics needs for teleconferences and local meetings
- Organize and handle regional meetings and top management visits
- Update and report budgets
- Manage incoming invoices and POs
- Assist in adhoc admin duties
Work Location
- East area with transport pick-up at MRT Station.
