Requirements

  • O Levels or relvant certificates with 2 years relevant work experience
  • Team players who are can work in a fast-paced environment and keen to learn
  • The ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Providing secretarial and administrative support for top management and the team
  • Calendar management
  • Visa application
  • Travel arrangement
  • Managing Expense reports
  • Coordinating logistics needs for teleconferences and local meetings
  • Organize and handle regional meetings and top management visits
  • Update and report budgets
  • Manage incoming invoices and POs
  • Assist in adhoc admin duties

Work Location

  • East area with transport pick-up at MRT Station.
