- Working hours : Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5000 + Peformance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Job Responsibilities:
- •Perform full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, grievance handling, staff engagement and advisory service on HR policies and procedures.
- •Develop, implement, review and update HR policies & Procedure.
- •Performance management and appraisal.
- •Design compensation and benefits packages.
- •Ensure compliance with employment laws, industry practices and its application with current processes in HR daily operations.
- •Support on HR departmental projects.
Job Requirement
- •Degree or Diploma in HRM.
- •Min 5-6 years working experience in Construction and Manufacturing Industry.
- •Well versed in Singapore Employment Act.
- •IHRP certified will have added advantage.
- •Familiar with Whyze HR software is an added advantage.
