As PA to the CTO you will stand shoulder-to-shoulder with a leader who is charting the next frontier of Sleek’s digital innovation. You will manage schedules and plans, be part of vendor management and contract negotiations, and keep a close eye on deadlines and expenses. Position Duties

Strategic Support

  • Directly report to the CTO, providing vital administrative support and assisting in strategic planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project timelines, ensuring timely execution and alignment with Sleek's goals.

Scheduling and Coordination

  • Proactively manage the CTO's calendar, prioritizing essential commitments and ensuring optimal time allocation.
  • Organize, schedule, and ensure the smooth facilitation of meetings, including agenda preparation and venue coordination.
  • Actively attend crucial meetings, ensuring accurate capture of discussions and action points.
  • Distribute meeting minutes promptly to relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of outcomes and next steps.

Vendor Relations and Negotiation

  • Research and source potential vendors, securing competitive quotations for products and services.
  • Lead preliminary contract negotiations, ensuring the best value and terms for Sleek while maintaining productive vendor relationships.

General Administration / Financial Oversight

  • Respond promptly to the CTO's administrative needs, ensuring the efficient functioning of the office.
  • Manage, organize, and archive relevant documents and digital files for easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Manage and process the CTO's claims, payments, and subscription services, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Monitor departmental expenses, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and objectives.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's program, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Basic understanding of tech terminology and trends.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with vendor management and negotiations is beneficial.
  • A proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Eager to learn and absorb new knowledge quickly.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work full-time or part-time as an intern for a predefined period.
  • Comfortable working in a tech-driven environment and collaborating with diverse teams.
