Reporting to the Assistant Outlet Manager/Outlet Manager, you will assist in monitoring the outlet’s expenses, planning of staff duty schedule, supervising the operations in the outlet and serves customers. Handling customers complains and maintaining good relationship with customers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily operations of outlet/café. Covers managerial duties when Managers are not available, except for rostering, stock take, administration, training and matters pertaining to uniforms, cleaning contracts and salaries.
- If Managers are in outlet, he is stationed according to Manager’s instructions.
- Check availability of menu items for the day.
- Handle cashiering when cashier is unavailable. Ensures that cash tallies in the register.
- Serve customers with friendly and uncompromising service. Makes every effort to let customers feel welcomed. Ensures service crew follows likewise.
- Solicit feedback from customers, likewise staff, in areas for improvement and incorporate useful suggestions into the operations.
- Knows duties and responsibilities of all staff and ensure that they carry them out.
- Supervise operations in outlet and serves customers when required.
- Motivate and supervise staff to do suggestive selling.
- Assist in handling cash flow and petty cash payments.
- Handle all feedback of customers.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Experience in F&B industry
- Able to perform extended shift duties; weekends & public holidays
- Enjoys interacting with people and servicing customers
- Possess good communication skills
- Able to lead, manage and motivate outlet staff
- Always keen to get feedback for improvement
- Is matured and shows good leadership skills
