Job Description
- Good knowledge of FCU, Mechancial Ventilation Fans, Gas Piping, Plumbing and Sanitary
- Able to size MV fans
- Manage Shop drawing approval, material submission approval
- Good understanding of contract document, and well understand the scope of works, specifications which tendered for. Able to pick up variation orders during project phase.
- Project scheduling and able to plan and mobilize manpower effectively.
- Attend weekly site progress, technical meeting with consultants, main contractor.
- Coordination with various parties.
Requirement
- Dip/ Degree in Mechancial Engineering
- Min 2 years experience in M&E projects
- Good knowledge of code of practices, Fire codes related to MV
- Salary are based on experiences and capabilities.
