Job Responsibilities:
- Test, operate, and maintain automated machinery.
- Develop and implement Logistics System improvements, upgrades, and maximize efficiency.
- Control maintenance costs and reduce downtime.
- Prepare project materials, cost analyses, and estimate yearly retrofit budget.
- Manage spare parts and conduct training for maintenance staff on new work methodologies.
- Maintain reliability and performance of automation and network systems.
- Utilize equipment error logs and event reports for equipment reliability tracking.
- Review daily checklists and record equipment preventive maintenance work.
- Communicate with overseas IT online support and hotline software engineers.
Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar field.
- Experience with automation control products
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft PowerPoint, and operating systems is preferred.
- Experience with automation equipment, including conveyors, lifters, ASRS, food processing machines, and robotics systems.
- Skills in electrical testing equipment, dB readings, inverters settings, and calibration.
- Highly motivated self-starter capable of working under pressure in a cold room environment.
- Proven work experience in Industrial Automation Systems.
Other Information
- Work location: Pioneer
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 7.30am to 5.03pm (have to be on standby)
- Salary Range: Up to$5300/month
