Responsibilities:
1. Min 3 years of proven experience as a Middleware engineer, with a focus on Red Hat JBoss, IBM WebSphere, and IBM MQ.
2. Strong understanding of application server concepts and technologies.
3. Proficiency in installing, configuring, and administering Red Hat JBoss and IBM WebSphere application servers.
4. Knowledge of IBM MQ messaging middleware, including queue managers, channels, and message queuing protocols.
5. Familiarity with enterprise application architectures and deployment methodologies.
6. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving middleware-related issues in a production environment.
7. Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Shell, Python, or PowerShell).
8. Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
10. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
11. Certifications in Red Hat JBoss, IBM WebSphere, or IBM MQ preferred.
