Office Location : Tai Seng
Work Days : 5 days (Mon to Fri)
Working Time: 9am to 6pm
Salary Package : up to $6k+
Responsibilities:
- Proposing improvement and solutions to QA-related issues
- Lead the QA team - e.g Oversee, guiding and coaching
- Implement and ensuring all quality and food safety control processes are in compliance to company’s standard, ISO and local statutory requirement
- Conduct in house food safety training
- Investigating and resolve customer complaints related to quality and food safety
- Drive process improvement program to ensure high standard of food safety and quality
- Perform QA audit at central kitchen and outlets, and prepare QA reports.
- To support in supplier management program (audit and ingredient approval)
- Manage external inspection and liaise with regulatory agencies
Requirements:
- Must be able to Communicate Mandarin (to liaise with staffs at outlet)
- Diploma in Food Science / Food Technology or related
- Minimum 5~6 years work experience in QAQC related field in food industry
- Good knowledge in GMP/HACCP/ GFSI / ISO 22000 and Food Safety is preferable
- Familiarity / experience in internal auditing and microbiological testing method will be added advantage
