Job Description & Requirements
As a Logistics Operation Assistant, you will be required to plan, coordinate and organize receiving goods (GRN) and delivery orders (DO) are processed efficiently. At time you will need to stock in the goods into the automated storage retrieval system. You will need to carry out all these duties daily via the Inventory Warehouse Management System. You will need to furnish the full set of shipping documents to support domestic and international shipments. You must be able to work in a fast pace environment with minimal disruption to the workflow.
Job Scope
- To manage end to end operation in logistics.
- To ensure GRN are processed efficiently through the use of barcode scanning and weighing scale.
- To pick, pack and dispatch outgoing goods accordingly to the Picking List / Delivery Order (DO) by using the Inventory Warehouse Management System.
- Accurately sort and label before dispatching or storing to system.
- To support in both domestic and international shipments.
- At time to assist in preparing Quotation, Sales Order and Delivery Order.
- Performing of monthly stock take via Inventory Management System.
- At time to assist in collecting of parcel from DHL warehouse in Tai Seng.
- Be a strong team player and able to handle multi task.
- Must be a fast learner and able to work under tight timeline.
- Able to work in a face paced environment.
- Other Ad Hoc Duties if any.
- Possess Class 3 driving license would be added advantage.
