APAC SW Digital Sales Leader

Seasoned sales leader with a passion for software, a sharp digital acumen, and an unwavering commitment to exceeding expectations. We're looking for a visionary leader to build and empower a high-performing team across the Asia Pacific region, driving explosive growth for our software portfolio through innovative digital sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Chart the Course: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital sales strategy for the APAC region, aligning with global objectives and tailoring for local market nuances.
  • Collaborate for Outcomes: position and represent Digital Sales APAC towards Regional Brand Leaders, Technology Leads and within the Digital Sales team
  • Mastermind Tactics: Implement cutting-edge digital sales tactics, leveraging the power of data, automation, and AI to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Command the Numbers: Own and achieve ambitious revenue and signings quotas for our software portfolio, fostering a data-driven, results-oriented culture within your team.
  • Empower Your Team: Build a world-class team of digital sales champions – recruit, coach, and mentor them to excel in the dynamic digital landscape.
  • Forge Strong Bonds: Collaborate effectively with country teams, the global digital sales center, and other cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Embrace Innovation: Champion new technologies and digital sales methodologies, constantly evolving your approach to stay ahead of the curve.


Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

  • 7+ years of proven success in software sales leadership, with a demonstrably successful track record in digital channels.
  • Deep understanding of the APAC software market, including key trends, competitors, and customer profiles.
  • Mastery of digital sales tools and strategies, including data analytics, marketing automation, and social selling.
  • Passion for building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, able to influence at all levels and build strong relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, able to navigate complex scenarios and identify impactful solutions.
  • Willing to directly collaborate with global and local teams across APAC in centers
