Job Description: Physiotherapist
Responsibilities:
Our physiotherapists are entrusted with a variety of essential duties, including but not limited to:
- Conducting thorough physiotherapy assessments, administering treatments, and prescribing tailored rehabilitative exercises for individuals grappling with musculoskeletal conditions.
- Devising and implementing individualized care plans to assist patients in managing pain and disabilities, with the ultimate aim of restoring or optimizing their functional capabilities.
- Maintaining meticulous records of patients' progress and treatment outcomes to ensure continuity of care and effective communication among healthcare providers.
- Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to advocate for and deliver a comprehensive approach to patient care.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Full registration with the AHPC and possession of a valid practicing certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years' practical experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, ideally gained within a private practice or outpatient orthopedic clinic within a hospital setting.
- Preference will be given to senior physiotherapists with at least 5 years' experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, with a proactive approach to patient care.
- Candidates with specialized expertise in Clinical Pilates and soft tissue therapy are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with patients are essential attributes for success in this role.
