Job Description:
Reports
- Keep close tab on marketing expenditure for above-the-line & below-the-line, aligning spend with budget.
- Take charge of furnishing marketing expenditure reports for management references every quarter.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing activities and events (provide post-event report).
- Responsible for press clipping in all media and prepare quarterly report on media coverage, sponsorship and events. Upon approval of Country Manager, to coordinate submission of report to relevant parties to the Principal.
E-Commerce & Shopify
- Manage and operate e-Commerce platform, including banner design and discount setting.
- Sourcing and implementation of new online locations for sales.
Social Media
- Regularly update and maintain social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and TikTok by ensuring posting is done at least once a week to keep Fans engaged with brand.
- Actively source for new online/offline marketing channels to expand customer base (e.g., Collaboration with other business partners, advertising on forums, sponsorship with bloggers, etc…).
Promotion, Event & Media
- To initiate and execute all marketing activities when advised by Country Manager and when necessary (e.g., festive promotion, in-store promotion, end-season promotion, events, etc…).
- Monitor and coordinate the production of promotional materials, for all sales and marketing purposes.
- Liaise and work closely with media, designers, printers, contractors, event companies and any other relevant parties for running of projects, events, window changes, etc…
- Monitor and arrange the distribution of promotional materials, managing releases to media & publications.
- Takes charge of all promotional events and be present to supervise and coordinate events.
Visual Merchandising
- Prepare window display material for all shops and pre-empt them of the window change schedule.
- Upon receipt of window display props in shops, take charge of installation by working with 3rd party contractor/supplier to complete installation and ensure that display in all shops are in accordance with the guidelines.
- Prepare window price displays for shops.
- Responsible for photo taking of all window execution and ensure that such are stored in company network files for future references.
- Check constantly on shops to ensure window displays are clean and merchandise updated.
CRM
- Responsible for CRM and manage customer data base by updating information when necessary.
- Initiate marketing plans and events to reach out to new customers to achieve target numbers of membership.
Others
- Provide assistance to other areas when necessary. e.g., stock take.
SKILLS REQUIRES:
** Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
** Candidate must be comfortable dealing with system
