Construction Admin Manager

  • Oversee the day-to-day site office administration works
  • Communicate and work closely with customers, sub-contractors, 3rd Party service providers
  • Liaise with internal and external suppliers for quotation, ordering & arranging of goods delivery
  • Monitor the expiry of project Insurance, Performance Bonds and Warranty
  • Involve in directly hired workers-related activities
  • Handle workers’ dormitory-related duties
  • In charge of basic IT support to the staff
  • Work closely with the HR Department
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • An analytical & attentive mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
