5.To coordinate with site supervisors, workers, vendors, sub-contractors
- To identify and establish distribution and marketing channels, as well as database acquisition and maintenance that support or strengthen the goal of each restaurant and bar, including top line sales, or access to new, high value loyalty members and customers.
- To track, measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing strategies and statics, as well as community partnership developed for each restaurant and bar to determine top line sales impact and ROI.
- The duties may include corporate social responsibility, staff recruitment, staff performance review, staff training and managing disciplinary issue (if any).
