- Ensure good project management standards and practices
- Responsible for estimating and securing adequate and competence resources
- Managing subcontractor
- Ensure implementation of timely and accurate cost tracking mechanism of project costs.
- Responsible for project status, performance and forecasting reporting to the management/customer.
- Ensure accurate and competitive cost estimation for major systems project pursuit.
- Ensuring focus on understanding customer needs and solving of customer problems to improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide sales support on both engineering and commercial issues for systems projects.

Requirements:
- Min Degree in Engineering
- Min 5 years of Project Management experience in the Process Industry
- Solid people management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Strong leadership, organizational and planning skills.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
