Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensures compliance on (but not limited to) the following day-to-day payroll and billing processes.
- Establishes standards and procedures for managing and administering payroll, billing and other related transactions.
- Collaborate with Corporate Partners such as the Shared Services Centre to ensure efficiency of service centre operations and transaction processes.
- To assist in User Acceptance Testing for HR Information System (HRIS) initiatives and best practices for HRS.
- To manage salary enquiry from employees.
- To manage billing enquiry from clients.
