Role Description
- This is an on-site contract role as an Infrastructure Engineer (L1 Application Support) located in Singapore. The Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day Support L1 function – Monitoring the alerts and escalate. Follow the SOP and support the L1 function.
Job Description
· Work with infra and app teams on requirement gathering to implementation.
· Review and analyze infrastructure architecture and identify the gaps.
· Perform RHEL OS patching and other administration tasks for cloud projects
· Guide app team to troubleshoot infra related issues.
· Be the SME for Linux / Unix OR windows administration and automation.
