Sample Management:
- Responsible for project registration to purchase Sample sets / Competitor sets as well as registration into ALC.
- Collect and maintain samples from branches on schedule. Organize and maintain HQ samples, send for service when required.
- Handle all DHL Shipment (samples) and DHL Payment (samples)
- Monitor and track loan units
- Housekeep Sample Inv / Storeroom & Raise DMs for disposals if not relevant anymore (with support)
- Review and suggest process improvement if applicable.
Marketing Support:
- Act as shadow to branch person-in-charge to assume marketing implementation
- Collate sales & marketing data and analyse data to identify potential gaps with appropriate actions. Carry out marketing executional plans.
- Gather competitor’s information and competitors’ analysis for SEA region
- Manage and monitor social media content and support marketing communication materials for branches
General Administration:
- Meeting and schedule arrangement for regional, team and all other meetings.
- Support for the physical setup of the meeting room.
- Maintain Organization Chart, Group E-mail addresses, shared folders opening/closing according to personnel movement as well as stationeries.
- Other general admin duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder
- Prior Admin experience in Marketing/Communications division
