Job description
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, renovation, and upgrade projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and deliverables.
- Lead project teams, including internal staff, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure effective execution of project tasks and objectives.
- Conduct regular project meetings and communications to provide updates, address issues, and resolve conflicts as needed.
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential impacts on project schedule, cost, or quality.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Hold a Diploma in Engineering or Building
- Minimum 5 yrs working experience
- Must be familiar with submission process of building plans for local authorities' approval
