Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
- Ensure the proper functioning of building systems, utilities, and common areas.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff and contractors to address repair and maintenance needs promptly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular tenant meetings and surveys to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate lease negotiations, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Identify and address issues related to property appearance, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, financial metrics, and operational activities to senior management.
- Analyse and provide insights on key performance indicators and trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Building / Estate Management / Real Estate / Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 year of Property Management experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Outgoing and detailed oriented
