Job Description
- Process invoices and receipts, ensuring data entry is complete and accurate.
- Perform cost calculations and maintain up-to-date records.
- Review and record staff claims.
- Assist with annual tax filing and quarterly GST reporting.
- Record invoice/receipt entries and bank transactions daily.
- Keep the office filing system organized and readily accessible.
- Assist with AP/AR tasks, including giro applications.
- Provide proactive support to the accounting team with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Be adaptable and willing to learn new skills.
- Any other duties as assigned and required by the company.
Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with at least some relevant internship experience will be considered favorably.
- Meticulous and able to work well in a team.
