Job Experience:
- Supervise and coordinate administrative staff, including receptionists, administrative assistants, and office clerks.
- Establish and enforce administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Oversee office supply inventory, procurement, and vendor management.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of company facilities, including office buildings, equipment, and utilities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and executives.

Requirements:
- Min Dip in related studies
- Min 3 - 5 years of admin managerial experience
- Independent, analytical and able to perform under pressure and tight timeline
- An effective communicator with strong analytical skills
- A team player who is meticulous to details
- Proactive in driving new initiatives
