Our client is in the Online F&B industry in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Finance Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.
Responsibilities:
- Managing full set of accounts
- Responsible for assisting monthly closing and financial operations
- Timely reconciliation of inbound and outbound payment in compliance with accounting policies.
- Collaborate with sales department for the payment collection process.
- Ensure precise and timely disbursement of payments to suppliers.
- Collaborate with procurement department to ensure the accuracy of invoices.
- Any other ad-hoc jobs as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Business Administration or relevant field of study equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience
